Clinical Trials are for the benefit of the mankind  irrespective of the country. However, proper mechanism should be placed for the safety of the patient . The benefit should be balanced to all over the country.Proper regulations are needed; Not  Over regulations .The supreme court intervention will be benefited to the clinical research industry in the long run.
