Parliament passes bill to allow those in jail to contest polls

Views : Supreme Court has the power to  interpret the laws.
             It has the power to review any law and if find any law against the constitutional rights, 
             then  that 
             law can be declared as invalid.
             Supreme court can not take the power of  the parliament.
             If there is no law in a special area, then court order will be consider as the law till 
             the coming  of the new law  .
