All most foreign countries withdrawn their clinical research from India.
Indian Clinical Research Organisations are closing their offices and relocating their staffs .Day by day people lose their jobs.
An industry had come with great promise lost its hopes .
The news rules and regulations came with good purpose.
However, it fails to regulate the industry effectively.
This year no clinical research approval is granted till now as per the CDSCO website.
6 approval has seen in the month of January which the study submitted 2012.
In 2010 , DCGI approved more than 500 trials.
The matter is under the consideration of Court and Governments.
Clinical research has a great social purpose -to find the effective medicine for saving the life of the people. However, it did not note properly while making the rules and regulations. The people who did not follow the ethics of clinical Research should be handled with the strong arm of law. Let the rest of the people do the clinical research.
